Hi, I'm kind of new to photoshop. I'm having a problem when I open a photo as a new project. The bottom third of the photo appears at the top of the screen and I can't move it. If I go to full screen the whole photo appears. But I can't alwasy function on my computer if I'm always in full screen. How do I get photoshop to return to normal.  I already went to prefernces and did a reset. There was no improvement. Please Help.

Chris

Same issue here on my MacBook Pro. I have Photohop 22.1,  Big Sur 11.1. I have reset workspace & preferences. This will work at times, but then eventually keeps going back to cutting off image area even when viewing at 100%.

Well you can toggle screen modes with the F key (in windows at least) ... and in full screen mode the TAB key will hide and show panels and tools...

As far as your window have you tried press CTRL +0) (command 0 to centre image)

Also in edit - preferences - workspace ... turn off "open documents as tabs" ... 🤔 🤔
