Problem with pen tool setting in Photoshop (Windows)

Question

Estou tentando alterar a cor e a espessura da pen tool em: Preferences > editar > guias, grades e fatias, em demarcador coloquei a cor Magenta e 3px para diferenciar, e cliquei em ok para confirmar, mas quando vou usa-la vejo que não configurou, a linha da pen tool continuou fina e preta. O que pode estar errado?

Could you please share the exact version of Photoshop (Help > About Photoshop) and the version of Windows on your computer? Since when are you seeing this issue; after any recent software or application update? Is this happening with all tools? Did you try any troubleshooting steps?

You can try to reset the tools followed by Photoshop preferences.
Steps to reset the Tools and Preferences:
To reset all the tools at once, right-click on the icon of whatever tool is currently selected in the Tool Options, select "Reset All Tools," and then click "OK." Using the Reset, All Tools option will reset all the tool selections in the Tools bar to their defaults.
