Problem with random diagonal lines when using brush or selection tools

Since i updated to Photoshop 2020 him having issues with stray diagonal lines when using brush or any selection tool. This is affecting my work. here is a video of what's happening. Someone havind the same issue? What's the solution? Getting frustrated!
