Problem with saving with photoshop

Question

I trying to package my document from photoshop to a file and it is saying "could not package the document “GRD151.B401.Elyle.P2.2.psd” because there are no external links." What do I do and How do I package if this is the issue

Thanks for reaching out. Which version of Photoshop and macOS are you using? Where are you saving the file? Would you mind sharing your workflow?
