Problem with shortcut in tablet/ problemas de atajos en la tablet

I have an xp Pen 15.6 pro that has a left-hand roulette wheel and eight buttons, the last one of which changed the type of roulette shortcut. The problem is that this no longer works, it opens a new document for me directly and I can no longer change the option so that with the spinner I can change the size of the brush as I did before. Dispongo de una xp Pen 15.6 pro que tiene una ruleta a mano izquierda y ocho botones de los cuales el último me cambiaba el tipo de atajo de la ruleta. El problema es que esto ya no funciona, me abre documento nuevo directamente y ya no puedo cambiar la opción para que con la ruleta pueda cambiar el tamaño del pincel como lo hacía antes.
