Problem with something weird glitch and lost all of my image layers in Photoshop CC 2015

Hi everyone! Does anyone knows how to fix the glitch and lost layers after I opened. I'm using Mac. Look at my screen recording video attachement. Thanks!

What video attachment? 

 

Which file format? Do you have a back-up? 

Does the size of the file seem plausible for a layered image? 

 

If not then the data may be indeed lost, but to me personally a Photoshop malfunction seems unlikely to be the culprit.

Especially with pdfs a lot of user errors seem to occur – which one could blame on bad interface design if one is so inclined.
