Problema al guardar para web - "La operación no ha podido completarse"

Hola, a la hora de usar la herramienta heredada para guardar para web, photoshop me manda este error:

Actualicé a la última versión y sigue sucediendo, por favor ayuda, esta herramienta es fundamental para mi trabajo.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop while trying to use Save for Web. Would you mind telling us if you get the error as soon as you select the option to Save for Web? Which version of Photoshop are you working on?

You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#BackupPhotoshoppreferences
