Problemas com a mesa digitalizadora Wacom

Estou tendo problemas com a mesa digitalizadora Wacom CTL 472. Ela está travando o teclado quando uso em conjunto no Photoshop.

Entrei em contato com o suporte da Adobe, porém já fizemos vários testes e updtaes e não resolveu.

Alguém já teve algum problema parecido?

Ou utiliza alguma outra marca de mesa digitalizadora que funcione sem problemas?

Have you checked your Windows Ink settings? Are you using the most up-to-date Wacom drivers?

Yes I did. I am in contact with the Adobe Assistant since last week. They tried everyting. Update the drivers, tried reinstall an older version of PS, update my Graphic Processor, etc... Now I have to wait 48 hours to the senior team email me with some solution.
