Problemas con última actualización de Photoshop

Estimados,

Desde la última actualización de photoshop tengo bastantes problemas con el procesamiento de las fotografías:

- Al cambiar el tamaño con la herramienta de transformación, no toma la transformación libre y siempre mantiene algún tipo de proporción.

- Al cambiar el tamaño se pixelan las imágenes y pierden calidad.

- Al utilizar la herramienta de corte no me deja realizar un corte en forma libre siempre da algún tipo de proporción y no se puede deshabilitar.

- Al cortar la imagen también pierde calidad y se pixela.

I'm going to try what you tell me, but even so every time I transform an image, changing the size, cutting it, changing the proportion or even displacing it when I'm working in layers, the image becomes pixelated and loses quality, the only solution I've achieved is changing the size of the image in its original format and not by layers, then incorporate it into the project, it is a waste of time
