Hola! Estoy intentando ampliar una imagen 8bit, pero al aumentarla se le aplica un filtro de escalado automático el cual suaviza los bordes. La primer imágen representa cómo quiero que se vea, y la segunda representa cómo queda. Alguna forma de quitar el filtro?

It's not looking like it's a filter causing it. It looks like you are just trying to take a very small raster image and expand it a lot. That will always soften your edges a lot. To make something larger like that, you need a vector image. Do you have access to Adobe Illustrator at all? Much easier to expand it in there, making it into a vector image.
