Hola cada vez que quiero arbri un archivo con Photoshop me aparece un cartel con un comentrio e bloqueo y enviar un informe y se cierra el photoshop. Me pasa con versiones anteriores tambien

What exact version of Photoshop and operating system do you have, have you tried resetting your PS preferences

If that doesn't help try using the Adobe cleaner tool
