Problème après installation

J'ai souscrit à une licence, j'ai installé les applications mais dès que j'en lance une j'ai le message "Désolé mais le compte n'est pas valide sur cet appareil...."

Quelqu'un sait régler ça ?

Do the apps appear in the Creative Cloud app?
