Problème d'ouverture de Photoshop

Depuis jeudi dernier, je ne peux plus ouvrir Ps, j'ai un message d'erreur qui s'affiche et la page disparaît. J'ai passé les journées de vendredi, lundi et ce mardi avec le support technique de Ps. Malgré leurs différentes versions du problème et leurs solutions pour le résoudre, je suis toujours sans Ps. J'avoue en avoir franchement marre.  Avez-vous connu ce problème? Si oui, l'avez-vous résolu et comment? Merci d'avance pour votre aide!

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind telling us which operating system are you working on? It would be helpful if you could share some details on what troubleshooting steps have already been tried.

 

You can try using the Creative Cloud cleaner tool to uninstall Photoshop and then re-install it through the Creative Cloud desktop app. You can check the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Bonjour, J'ai utilisé l'outil de nettoyage plusieurs fois,  aucun résultat.Désinstaller et réinstaller, sans succès. Des update pour windows et microsoft visual, toujours sans succès!!!!!!!

J'ai été en contact avec une dizaine de technicien Ps, chacun ayant une version et une solution différente pour ce problème.

Je suis sur Windows 10. Je n'avais jamais eu de problème avec Ps jusqu'à jeudi passé où le système Ps a connu de gros problèmes. J'en suis une victime! 

Si je ne suis pas dépannée, je quitte Adobe pour un logiciel concurrent.
