Problème de performance global de l'application

Bonjour. L'application est très lente depuis plusieurs semaines, malgré les mises à jour, un vidage de cache, une désinstallation de l'appli et un redémarrage du téléphone. Chaque action est lente et saccadée, à tel point que l'appli en devient difficilement utilisable. Cela s'applique à absolument tous les menus et n'importe quelle action. Considérant les performances de mon téléphone, je pense que le problème vient de l'appli. Merci pour votre aide !

I can understand how disruptive this kind of slowdown can be, especially when it impacts nearly every action in the app. Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried.

To help investigate further, could you please share the following:

  • System Info (Help > System Info)

  • What actions you’re performing when the slowness occurs (launching the app, editing, navigating menus, exporting, etc.)

In the meantime, you can also try:

  • Checking available device storage and freeing up space if needed

  • Closing background apps before launching the app


Once we have that information, we can take a closer look into what may be causing the behavior.

Hi ! Slowness occurs when navigating the main menu (in the setting section, when trying to import an image or opening it and when scrolling through my files), as well as when editing (zooming in and out, moving an object, selection an editing tool). Basically, the whole app is slow ahah. Regarding your suggestions, I have already tried it with no results :( As for the system infos, I suppose you were talking about the ones of my phone, so here they are :
