Probleme Neural Filters

Is there any way you can find out what version he is workin giwith? There are so many different versions, and computer set ups that it could work on one version and then not work on the next.  I am wondering if your graphics processor card might be an issue. Have you tried turning off your GPU and seeing if that fixes the issue?

It is very easy to check: Select Preferences>Performance and then uncheck "Use Graphics Processor". Close the dialog and restart Photoshop. When you restart Photoshop then try to use the Neural filter, and if it still doesn't work then you know that is not the issue and you can turn on the Graphics Processor in your Preferences again and restart.

I have the last version, I download it on Adobe yesterday to see if desinstall the precious one would work.

My friend is working with an Apple and I don't which version he's working with.

As I have the last version, maybe it's something on my machine or a setting that doesn't work?

What iteration of version 24 are you on? And what version of Photoshop does your friend have?

Are both your machine and your friends running the same version of Windows?
