Problems

Hi, I have photosop 2023. I start it and everything goes correctly, but after a while some tools stop working properly. When I select a part of the image the selection comes out as pixelated, if I select subject it doesn't make the selection well. When I make a gradient a circle should open in the image and I can move the gradient, but the circle that we normally see does not appear.

The software closes continuously or it is very slow.

What can it be? with photoshop 2024 the same thing happens to me and with the beta too. I have tried to have two installed or just one and the same thing keeps happening!!! And I am paying for the license
