Problems with animdessin2

When I try to install animdessin2, the manager extension app tells me I already have it installed and to uninstall it, but I don't have it installed it.

Has anyone have this problem? I don't know what to do but I need the animdessin for class...

I have photoshop cc2018

    I’m guessing that you are trying to instal the Color Themes Extension, but this isn’t needed with the 2018 version of Photoshop. Go to WIndow > Color Themes to open the color themes panel. This panel links to the Adobe Color website so you need an internet connection for it to work.

    He want to install AnimDessin2, im having that problem too right now and dont know how to do it...
