Problems with CS 2015 in windows 10.

So, after performing the new updates of windows 10, my phoshop 2015 started to present these following problems:

In the first image, it no longer recognizes windowscreenscreens.

The message says: "The transfer area could not be imported because an unexpected file order was encountered."

In the second image, the polygonal marquee tool is displaying those lines more in any image, it is frustrating because sometimes the program remembers the image alone.

I deleted and downloaded the program again but the errors continue ... Does anyone else have the same problem or do you know the solution?

Ps: I am from Brazil and had never used a forum about photoshop so I saw that this is more active so I brought my problem here.
