problems with payment

Hello, we are a small eshop and we had a graphic designer who worked with adobe programs. The account was under his credentials but it was paid from the eshop credit card. He quit his job. But he didn't delete the card from the account. The money keeps going out and he's not responding. Is there any way to remove the card from the account without the login credentials? thanks for the reply.
