Problems with plan calcellation

Hi guys! I have been using Photoshop since 2022, after 5 months I changed it to photography plan, since that was the one I could afford and have been using it for a year and 5 months. Unfortunatley I am no longer using Photoshop or any Adobe apps and have been trying to cancel my subscription for like 3 months now. Unfortunatley there is a huge cancelation fee, which I cannot afford. Additionally this month is a bit tough and I am really hoping I will be able to cancel it before next month, because paying for it would make my lufe a bit harder (because of Christmas, gifts, ect.). Is there something I could do?

Hi @Ged_Traynor 🙂

I did write on the chat, unfortunatley the chatbot is not really state-of-the-art and constantly redirects me to the plan cancellation page, where I am informed to pay a very big fee for cancellation, even tho I have been a subscriber way over a year. Thanks for the tips tho, have a good one!

Try writing »agent« in the chat to get in touch with a human person. 

 

As for the cancellation fee: If you are on the yearly plan and a »new year« has already started then it may be unavoidable. Hopefully some Adobe employee may be able to help, though.
