Programme Error on Export - Help!

Hi.

Having updated PS fairly recently, I have been unable to export ever since. I get the following;

The export file type does not matter, I continue to get the same error. 

I've followed 'Learn how to fix' and followed every single step in the guide.

I've tried backdating PS to the previous version that I was using when it was still working properly, but that no longer works either.

PS has full access.

I've even completely uninstalled EVERYTHING Adobe and started again from scratch. It's still not working.  

The save function does work, but I cannot export any project.

I've searched high and low for other solutions but cannot find anything that works.

Currently running MacOS Ventura 13.6.1 and I'm now back on the latest PS version 25.1 updated again today in an attempt to fix this issue.

If anyone can assist I would really appreciate it as I'm at a bit of a loss here.
