Proper channel for feedback from users?

Is there a photoshop-specific feedback page, forum or group, or maybe a testing pool somewhere to review and offer feedback on changes being tested?

I'm looking for a constructive, useful way to impart over 20 years of professional photoshop use to Adobe developers who are doing things like changing long-time functionality such as swapping the way using the shift key works when resizing a selection. It's astonishing how much of a negative impact a change like this has on a user's productivity.

Professional users have spent many years training their brains around this interface. A major base functionality change like this is breaking workflows around the globe. I would think it would be good to get long-time user feedback on these kinds of changes from the people who are using this software on a daily basis.
