Properties box not loading for shapes

I am not sure what I have done, but my properties box will not load when I want to edit the corners of a shape. It loaded correctly once but not now. It only shows Mask issues. Uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting computer has not worked. What now???

In your screenshot it shows Mini Bridge, so it's most likely photoshop CS6.

Problem resolved. I seemed to be using Photoshop Express. I downloaded the full program and voila!!!!

Your screen shot from December 30 shows Photoshop, not Photoshop Express, but after looking at your Swatches panel (which has changed), it looks like you were running an older version of Photoshop that may have been before the Properties panel for shapes was as robust as it is now.

If reset preferences doesn't work try to fully reinstall photoshop with this tool:
