Ps 2017 item selection issue

Hi

I have deleted photoshop 2015 by clicking on the wrong button on Creative Cloud and then when I downloaded it again I got the 2017 version.

But I noticed an issue, and I can't find any answers on the web. When I select an image or a text for instance, the selection border (looks like a dotted rectangle) doesn't appear. I can moove the item with the mouse, but I can't see the limit borders.

Example of usage : I added an image and I needed to resize it. I usually do it by clicking on one of the corner then reduce the size but now I can't do that as there's no border at all ?!

Is it a new feature or is my Ps broken ?

Thanks,

Regards,

You can reinstall CC 2015 if you decide it would helpful by following instruction in the article:

I think you are looking for Transform Controls?
