    You are not Addressing Adobe support here. This is a site that Adobe funds for Adobe users they use to help each other out using Adobe software.  Last year  Adobe changed the site operation because Jive is not longer be being supported.  Unfortunately the site no longer functions well.  If you want Adobe Photoshop support site its Photoshop Family
