PS 2020 Layer move not redrawing

The most updated PS, on 2 sperate pc computers Home and Work.

When I make a new layer with infomation it. Then when it is moved,it looks like I am doing a drag copy but I'm not. The orignal stay in place until I turn a layer off and on or force a redraw. This is happening with My I9-2070RTX and the I7-1080GTX pc's. This is just this week, what gives.

I am PS user from Vers 3 (1996)?

This is a graphics bug.

HOW do I fix it, I have work to finish Now....

Adobe broke Legacy Compositing in the 21.2 Update. Make sure in you Photoshop Preferences Performance section that the option to use it is NOT checked and while your looking make sure 21.2 is detecting your GPU in performance section.

Thanks, for the input. found the redraw bug post on the way out of this post last night.

Dang, this is part of those fears of what subscription software can do work times with it's fast updates could do. heck just now I needed to do 2 level sign in with my phone, I diddn't say yes to 2 level secuity, it just did it. Humm does PS 5 work it Win10?
