PS 2021 not opening files

Hey Guys.

Can someone urgently help me with this issue.
I'm on a 2015 Macbook Pro Catalina and have just upgraded to PS 2021 and I can't view any of my files.

The file opens but all you can see is the grey artboard and I can't do anything. I have attached a screenshot of an "open" jpg. this is what it looks like for all file types though.

Hi there are some bugs yet in 2021 version yet so you have to revert back to 2020 for stablity yet....regards
