PS 2021 v22.1.0 twitchy with macOS Big Sur 11.1

Ever since updating to version 22.1.0, Photoshop has refused to allow colors to be changed in selected text or layers. Some filters, such as Photo Filters, are grayed out. And the text in the app's Menu bar is light gray rather than white.

Anybody else experiencing these issues?
