PS 2024 print freeze
Dear community,
since new year our office and me have an issue with PS if we try to print.
The software immediately freezes if the "print" button is pressed.
PS has to be closed with the task manager.
There is no settings window if "space, shift or alt" is pressed before pressing "print".
What does I tested already?

- PS v 25.5 update
- PS Beta 25.6 update (same problem here)
- Print drivers update
- Other PCs/Users (same problem)
- Delete Printers from Windows system and automatically added them again
- Windows Event Viewer doesn´t shows any issues at any moment
- IT company searches the system, is not a server/hardware problem
What does work?
- Open Office software can print (Exel, Word)
- Architecture software can print (Allplan)
- Web printer works (Edge, Firefox)
- Other grafic software can print (Paint)
- Printers are operational
PC System:
- CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K 3.60GHz
- GPU: NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000
- Mainboard: Fujitsu (Model not visible)
- RAM: 64GB 2400 MHz
- Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Printers:
- Canon Generic Plus PCL6
- Canon iPF785
