PS 21.0.3 in WIN10 1909 - Cannot Save or Save As files

I upgraded to Win 10 1909 and also to Adobe 21.0.3 and now I am not able to save any files (PS just does not react) and also not able to Save As any files.
I have tried to use online chad and after the 3rd or 4rd support in the support chain the last person told me that Adobe is working on the problem. Otherwise the chad is pretty much useless and very slow.

So at this time and after a few days Adobe asked for my phone number and a time to call but I'm not holding my breath.
Does anyone have the same issues with the above mentioned WIN and PS version?

I've been having this problem too. Now, I have to use the share button in the top right corner to save my projects to my library, but it, obviously, will only format it as a jpg.

When Photoshop 2020 hangs what does Windows Task Manger show about Adobe Photoshop 2020 task usage and status? Any have high usage or not responding? Did you see the "SaveAs" Dialog and try to save a file?

The Save Botton is grayed out and the Save As is ok but when using it there is no action.

You have not expanded Adobe Photoshop 2020 (4) to see what up with its processes. You only seem to have (4) where there are (5) in my Photoshop 2020 window 10 machine??? Currently Photoshop 2020 has (10) on my machine I restarted it and did not skip loading optional Plug-ins.  You only seem to have (4) I have never seen only 4 photoshop precess running on my machine.

By the way the same thing happened with version 21.0.2. I only upgraded because the first support person asked for it.
