PS 22.4.1 Crashes Immediately on macOS 11.2.3 with Apple M1 chip

I'm using macOS Big Sur 11.2.3 with the Apple M1 chip. Photoshop is crashing immideatley upon open and needs to be force quit. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and tried using older versions, and I'm having the same issue.
