PS 23.01 Crashes using Content aware fill

Since upgrading to PS 23.01 It crashes every time using content aware fill. I have upgraded MAC OS to Monterey 12.01 but it still crashes. THE GPU test in PS says its compatible. What can I do to fix this?

Hi, I would try to create new preferences (and keep the old one in case the Ps team needs them if it helped:

    Hi, removing the settings folder has fixed the fault. I have the folder saved if you need it.
