PS 25.6 bug: Retangular (and row/column) Marquee selection edge not visible if feather set to 0px

I use Photoshop every day, and just updated to PS 25.6. Ended up reseting prefs, but there's a number of bugs, this is one of them.

• If I use the Retangular Marquee and make a selection ( feather set to 0px), the selection edge not visible.
• If I press ctrl-a, a selction is made, but selection edge not visible.
• Toggling view > show > Selection Edges does not make it visible
• Single Row and Single Column selection has same problem (invisible selection edge)
• If I drag this invisible selection so that part of it is off the canvas, the selection edge becomes visible. Drag it back so entire selection is within canvas, selection edge become sinvisible again.
• If I change the feather to >0px, then make selection, slection edge visible.
• If I choose Elliptical marque tool, edge visible (even with 0px feather)
