PS,3d Menu not visible

I installed the trial version PS cc2018 but there is no 3d card. The Nvidia Quadro k620 video card has updated drivers. Windows 10 updates installed.

Does anyone have the same problem?

    Hi David,

The most likely cause of 3D not showing in the menu is a problem between Photoshop and your GPU - so it's best to start there. In Photoshop, Preferences, Performance do you have "Use Graphics Processor" checked? If not, then please check it.

Can you go to Photoshop  Help > System Info click copy and paste the info here.

Just one other thing to check. Do you have more than one GPU installed? Photoshop is known to have issues if it sees more than one. See section 7 here :

David, are you saying that there is no 3D menu in the menu bar, or that it is there but greyed out?
