PS CC 2018 very slow

Question

Hello,Since several days I have a little problem, when I start a new document and draw a line on my tablet, the line appear 30seconds after.I've followed these instructions (Optimize performance HiAt first glance , your system details look OK.Just to check - what size in pixels is your document (H x W) and what size , in pixels, is your brush?Dave
