PS CC 2019 won't print

After a brief period when the File > print routine would not let me add borders I now get the Windows 7 warning : "Adobe CC 2019 has stopped working...etc..." whenever I try to print. Fortunately I still have CC2017 and can use that for  printing. (On Epson 3000  -  with Photoshop manges colours and [ersona;ised proiles from my paper supplier - not the I get that far in the process)

I would revetr totally to CC 2017 except that Bridge 2017 opens files in PS 2019, so it's all a bit of drag.

I have flagged this to Adobe's 'chat' style help desk, but have been ignored for over 2 hours (do I really pay them ten quid a month for this?) so does anyone else have the answer. ? Whatever it is I  MUST NOT LOSE my CC 2017 LIFELINE.

Tak

Apparenty Adobe Help did try to get back to me in about 35 mins, but their response wasn't obbvious on my screen. Am trying again, but would still like to know whether any forum users have the answer.
