PS cc 2021 version 22.5.1 Win 10 64 Pen tool and other issues

In PS cc 2021 version 22.5.1 on Win 10 64:

• The pen tool is now unusable- anchor points don't display, joining end points fails.
• Display refresh is slow.
• in Preferences- no longer able to "use Graphics Processor" (NVIDIA GeForce 550 Ti) Grayed out now
• All tools work as expected in cc 2020
• Graphic  Processor is also accessable in 2020
• I can't find Creative Cloud link to revert back to v22.2- only "Enable auto update" and "Check for updates"

               Where is the version roll-back tool?

• Disabling the onboard Intel graphics made no difference

I burned a day trying to resolve this myself, but I have not found a solution othjer than cc2020. Please provide some insights...
