PS color picker and library and text color selection

You cannot select a color in your library when in the picker state. Example: If I want to change the color of an object, you can ONLY select the colors on the file or in swatches. YOU CANNOT PICK THE COLORS IN YOUR LIBRARY!!!! WTF.  If I have colors in my library, these are most likely the ones I want to use. So, I should be able to select them in the Coler Picker window. Fail!!! 

Next, when you are on a text layer an you choose another color, the text layer changes to that layer. FAIL!!!! Why??? I have chosen that color and now I have to select another layer, then pick the color. Extra work. What makes this even worst is that up until CC2020 it was not this way. So us, that ACTUALLY USE THIS PRODUCT FOR WORK have had to change our work process. For the love of God stop changing things have been in place for decades. Do you remember when you changes the scale properties. Or add that ugly share button. I know how and when to share my work with my team or client. I DO NOT NEED YOUR SHARE CRAP!!!!
