Ps crashes on save to PDF

When I try to save a copy in Photoshop PDF format, the app crashes.
I updated to the latest version, and same thing.

 

I need to send a file out for printing. I guess my workaround will have to be to save as PNG; hopefully the print margins won't be off by too much.... sigh.

Saved to internal/startup drive.

    For grins I did try copying the presets, but that had no effect on the problem. Still crashed.

      Where are you trying to save? Local or external drive/server?

        Hi! I know that the PDF presets were missing. Did you copy them over?
