PS crashing entire GPU

Hello!

In the recent few days I have noticed PS is crashing my GPU almost instantly, when I open heavier files with more layers. I tried multiple combinations of different programs, updated all drivers, and every single time I open the bigger files - PS freezes, screen goes white/black/gray, UI dissapears, then entire PC freezes, Spotify, Chrome and Discord also freeze (or whatever is open atm), and after a minute or two, when it's unfreezes (if it does, not always the case) it, PS says GPU is not detected (only restart fixes the problem).

Tried to replicate the same problem by using heavy renders in Blender, playing for several hours, rendering a videos etc. - problem is exclusive to PS. 

Resetting preferences / reinstalling did not helped.
