I have a problem because i have the files to install PS CS6, and I used to have it all done, but i have to format my computer and my PS and adobe support adivisor just went away. And now I´m trying to re-intal my PS with the files that I already have and it asked me for me the Adobe Support Advisor, and I just need that but realize it's been taken off the internet and i don't know how to make my PS work again without the Adobe.

Did something else work for that? or what can we do to solve the problem?

Because PS is asking me for that Adobe support advisor, so i can install what i already have of PS files.

Please I need help with these.

It's a reference to a program that doesn't exist any more.

The solution (assuming you're on Windows 10) is to open Windows Explorer and set it to Show All Files. Then go to C:/ProgramData/Adobe and delete or rename the OOBE folder. Then your installer should work.
