PS does not open any images

Suddenly i cant open any image, it is ok in PS Beta though. I have my graphics card up to date but that does not help. Can you please help me with this problem?Window with "sorry error occured".

    Here is the screenshot of the window i get. I hope it helps.

    i got several mails telling me to change my notifications and save them.

    I hope i did it the right way but I did not know what to change in notifications. So I unchecked and checked some and saved it. Is this what I was meant to do? Sorry, I am nearly 80 and sometimes stuff in English is getting harder to understand…
