PS doesn't do anything, it even takes back!

Hello,

I'm having this issue for a really long time, but i didn't bother that much because I wasnt using PS for my work that much.

So basically Photoshop decides not to do anything I've wanted to do. I can't create new documents, can’t open a document. I can't duplicate sometimes, I can't paint anything, it randomly switches to color picker when im changing the brush size with Alt modifier. It even deletes back the painting randomly time to time! This revert thing happens on transform too!
