Ps files

I recently uninstalled the older 2018 & 2019 versions of Ps on my laptop, but keeping the 2020 version.

Now all the previous files from 2018/19 have changed to  "Sketchbook" files . (? whatever that is)   How do i convert the files back to Ps?
