PS Files are gone!

Hello,

Photoshop files (v.2021) created in 2024 on cloud drive is gone.
Photoshop files (v.2021) created in 2024 on local drive is not.
Photoshop files (v.2021) created in 2023 on cloud drive are available.

this is not a case of I lost my Files or billing. I know where I save them. Now they're gone.

Technical support is gone from phone and Internet also inadequate.

Is Adobe winding down Photoshop for AI?
is there a phone number for Photoshop Support that doesn't hang up?

I would appreciate any information LMK! Thank you.

Never trust a cloud and only paranoïds will survive…

If you are on Mac go to Time machine to open the CC sync file folder a few months ago and retrieve the files.

If on PC I do not know if you have a saving system…

Hi @ElizabethOOOG File sync is being discontinued by Adobe. Several emails over the course of 2023 were sent to users (I personally recall seeing two separate).

If your files are .psdc - Photoshop Cloud Documents, check the recycle folder on the online page (retention is only 30 days).
