[Ps] Freezes When Rendering 3d objects .obj

As the title states, about a minute into rendering the 3d .obj file, the CPU becomes completely unresponsive and can only be "remedied" by restarting. I noticed that my CPU in the task manager was peaking around 99%. However, it may be a different issue as it happens with After Effect v17.5 (used Posterize Time & Time Warp) created the same crash. Two different scenarios the same outcome.
