Ps needs to crash 6 times before opening

This has now happened 3 times in the last few weeks since the 23.1.0 update which was supposed to fix this issue that was happening in the last two updates. I have to reboot Ps 6 times and on the 7th time it will boot successfully.

Is this a thing or is it just me?
