PS nimmt falsches Arbeitsvolume

Hallo,

ich habe eine SSD und zwei HDDs in meinem System. Die HDDs sind dazu in mehreren Partionen unterteilt.

 

In Photoshop habe ich C: als Arbeitsvolume ausgewählt. Wenn ich nun mehrere RAWs öffne und der RAM voll ist, nimmt Photoshop aber die HDD als Arbeitsvolume, mit der Auswirkung, dass die HDD auf 100 % Las läuft und den Rechner regelrecht ausbremst.

 

Ich habe die Voreinstellungen schon mehrfah überprüft. Die SSD C: ist ausgewählt. Warum ignoriert Photoshop dies und wie kann ich den Fehler beheben?

    Hi @Claudio2497238621pe First lets get a look at your system:
    Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

    Second, in Scratch Disk preferences - if your C: drive is not listed first in order and other drives are listed, if C fills up - PS will use any and all as necessary.

    If you only want to use your C: drive make certain that is the only one listed in the preference.
