Ps not working I’m Air 4

I was able to use Ps on iPad yesterday after opening it and closing it a few times. But today I can't use it at all. I've updated the iPad,  learned cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled Ps all to no avail. I'm not sure what I'm missing. All of the other applications work fine - even Ai. I could use a little help.
