Question

PS Shortcut keys

So my pen tool is acting up. When using the pen tool and wanting to adjust the angle of the point I use Alt key, but now suddenly the alt key is giving me the eyedropper tool.

I've been using Ctrl key for now but it messes up the angle on both sides, whereas the alt key only adjusted one side... I checked the shortcut key settings and it shows the dropper key is i and pen tool is p but couldn't find the option to check the "sub"-shortcut keys under the pen tool. Any advice?

Works normally here too.

With the Pen tool active, pressing Alt switches to the Convert Point tool, like a spring-loaded shortcut. As it should.

In the same way, pressing Ctrl switches to the Path Selection / Direct Selection tool (whichever is active in the toolbar).

It works as expected for me, both now and two weeks ago. I wonder if some specific settings or configuration are causing the problem. Has anyone tried to fix things by resetting the tools or preferences?

I'll give it another go but when I checked the shortcut settings it didn't have the "reset" button active (if my memory serves me right) as I haven't changed anything in my shortcut keys...

It's a known issue/bug that has been with us for several weeks now.  We can only hope for a fix sooner rather than later.

So I'm not the only one then? Most of my social following is other photographers and I haven't seen anyone else bring it up so I thought it must be just me....
